These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to purchases and use of the Graceful Discoveries online shop at shop.graceful-discoveries.com.au (the "Shop"), operated by Graceful Discoveries Pty Ltd ("Graceful Discoveries", "we", "our", "us"), Australia. By using the Shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our main Terms of Service also apply to our courses, coaching and digital products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

Our apparel, books and journals are made to order by third-party production partners, including Printify's print network and Lulu. We make every effort to show products accurately, but colours, print placement and sizing may vary slightly between screens and print runs. Product images may include mock-ups.

3. Books, journals and wellbeing content

Our books and journals are for personal development, education and reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for support from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact emergency services or a crisis support line in your country.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless another currency is displayed for your region, such as US Dollars (USD) for the United States.
  • Prices include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify and third-party providers such as PayPal and Afterpay. Their own terms apply to those payment methods.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped directly by our production partners. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for rates, timeframes and details.

7. Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, book and journal content, logos and other materials in the Shop are owned by or licensed to Graceful Discoveries. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The Shop uses third-party services, including Shopify, Printify, Lulu and payment providers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Shop, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Graceful Discoveries Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
