Thank you for shopping with Graceful Discoveries. Every product in our shop is made to order. Nothing is pre-made or stored in a warehouse. When you place an order, your item is printed especially for you by one of our trusted production partners and sent straight to you from their facility. This reduces waste and lets us offer our designs and books worldwide.

Who makes and ships your order

Apparel (t-shirts and merchandise) is produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partners through Printify. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are printed in Australia. Orders to the United States are printed in the United States.
Books and guided journals are printed and shipped by Lulu, a global book printer. Paperbacks for Australian customers are printed in Australia. Hardcovers are printed in the United States and shipped internationally, as Lulu does not currently print hardcovers in Australia.

Processing time

Because each item is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for printing before your order is dispatched. This is in addition to the delivery times below.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address. Delivery times are estimates in business days and include printing time.

Orders with multiple items

If your order includes items from different production partners, such as a t-shirt and a book, they will arrive in separate parcels, possibly on different days. Shipping for each is shown at checkout. If you order a paperback and a hardcover together, Lulu may print and ship the whole order from the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details where available. Some international mail services offer limited tracking once a parcel leaves the country of origin.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can occasionally add time to delivery, and this is outside our control.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur because of printer volume, postal services, public holidays, severe weather or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after its estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll follow it up with our partner.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders go into production quickly, so we may not be able to change an address once an order is placed. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned for this reason, a reshipping fee may apply.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, including incorrect size selection. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
